Top 10 Places to Visit Before I Die

Okay, so I haven't been very many place and it got me thinking of where I would love to go someday.  Places I have been include: Myrtle Beach, Nassau, Freeport, Jamaica, Grand Cayman Islands, Michigan, Indiana, and of course the states that surround Tennessee I have been to or through.  The following is a list of place that I want to visit before I kick the bucket.

#10. Alaska - I know its cold, but I would love to see the snow covered mountains and actually spend a vacation in the snow and ice instead of coming home fried.  It would be beautiful and very relaxing to wake up and watch the sun come up over the mountains, but we all know I'm not getting up that early!!!  I would get up one morning to watch it because I bet it would be so beautiful!

#9. New York - This trip could just be a day or 2 for all I care.  I just want to go to "Ground Zero" to see where it all went down and unfolded in front of the nation.  I want to pay my respects to all of those who lost their lives serving, helping, and even those who were just there to work and make a living.  It would be a great trip.

#8. Grand Canyon - I think it would be an awesome experience to see this.  It's not high up on my list, but it would be cool to see.  Although, I have had dreams of my son falling in the canyon, and it scares the HELL out of me.  I'll just have to hold him tight the entire time, I guess.

#7. China/Japan - I know these are 2 separate place but I put the together because I want to see them for mainly the same reason.  They both have a lot of culture I would love to see and learn a little about how they live and what kind of day to day things they do.  It would be a great learning experience for me.

#6. Australia - This would be a great vacation for me because it is a beautiful place to visit and just sit back and relax sitting back on the beach and relaxing, maybe drink a little. I also love the accent there and I would enjoy listening to everyone speak to me or just ease dropping on conversations.

#5. Ireland - Ireland has a great amount of history that I would love to educate myself on.  I would love to actually go to an actual Irish Pub even though I don't drink much. Maybe they will have Coke or Pepsi, LOL!!  It would be a great getaway from reality.

#4. Rio de Janeiro - I watched "Fast Five" and it just looks like a cool place to visit. All of the houses and buildings on the hillside all bunched together.  I bet that would be a real site to see.  I just hope its not as dangerous as it looked in the movie.

#3. Scotland - I want to visit here because it was the birth place of golf and I would love to see the history of the country and of the sport of golf.  I enjoy the sounds of bagpipes, but don't over do it or it gets quite annoying. I bet its a great place to visit.

#2. Maui - What a UNBELIEVABLE place!!!  It would be a dream come true to go there for a week maybe a month.  Doesn't matter, however long you visit for your not gonna want to leave!!  It would be the most relaxing place to get some much needed R&R.

#1. Virgin Isles - What can I say?!?  I love bright, clear, blue water.  I would love to go here for mainly the reason I want to go to Maui.  This place would be a great place to spend a vacation and to just plain get lost!! I MAY get a job opportunity here if all goes as I hope.  I have a trainer that is trying to start a business here and is gonna need some people to work for him.  I'll keep my fingers crossed.

There are many more places I want to go, but these are MUST see places for me.  I encourage you to express the dream vacations or even place you want to live later in life.  So many place in the world with a lot of history and culture that would be a great vacation spot for anyone, but I only picked 10 and it was hard to pick 10 out of all the places I want to go.

Well that's all for the night.  Thanks for reading and have a wonderful night and keep you dreams alive!!!
